A subscription is a service we deliver as the month runs, so the way refunds work differs from a one-off purchase. Here's exactly when money comes back, when it doesn't, and how to sort out anything that isn't right.
You can cancel anytimeand you’ll never be locked in. Because we begin working on your requests as soon as a cycle starts, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun — but we’re reasonable people, and the situations below spell out where a refund does apply.

Before thinking about a refund, tell us. Most issues are quicker to fix than to refund — that’s the whole point of working in tight revision loops. Email [email protected]describing what’s off, and we’ll make it right or talk through your options.
Email [email protected] from the address on your account with your subscription details and the reason for the request. We aim to review and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor; how long it takes to land depends on your bank or card provider.
We may update this policy as the studio evolves. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and the policy in force when you were billed is the one that applies to that charge.
